The commune of Prejmer, located 17 km from the Brasov County seat, gets party-ready as more than 20,000 pancakes of 27 sorts, with various jam, jelly or cheese fillings kept under well-guarded secrecy by the local diligent housewives, will be prepared hot on the spot, in front of the participants in this edition of Fasching – the Pancake Carnival that will take place here on Sunday as of 10:00 hours.
